- I know this recipe isn't very precise, but I have never seen it made from
- a recipe.

- Blender Cole Slaw
-
- Chop a half head of cabbage into chunks. Add to blender with a bit of
- water (maybe 1/4 cup?). On low speed, blend until it is in somewhat uniform
- confetti-sized pieces. (Take your time with this. Too much and you end up
- with puree.) (You probably can do this in a food processor, but I don't have
- one and my mother always used the blender.)
-
- Pour cabbage into bowl, and add vinegar, oil, and sugar to taste. Start with
- a couple tbsp each of vinegar and oil, and a tsp. of sugar. Adjust from there
- to taste.
-
- If you end up with too much dressing, serve with a slotted spoon.
